Renowned as one of the world's finest pâtissiers, Cedric Grolet has chosen Les Airelles Courchevel for his first alpine collaboration. He will oversee the creation of all our sweet delicacies, from viennoiseries to pastries and, of course, the dessert buffet at the legendary Table des Airelles. Cedric Grolet's Iconic Creations
Chef Cedric Grolet's confections need little introduction: his sculpted fruits, flower tarts, giant cookies, and decadent viennoiseries are world renowned. You will discover these and many others throughout the day, in all the restaurants and bars of Les Airelles.
Breakfast. Enjoy freshly-made viennoiseries including his intricately crafted croissants, pain au chocolat, and brioche. Other creations such as vanilla flan, kouglof, and apple turnovers are also on offer.
Lunch. Emblematic of the house's spirit of generosity, the dessert buffet at La Table des Airelles features Cedric Grolet's "Flower" tarts in a giant, shareable design. Other sharing desserts, like chocolate mousse, floating island, and madeleines will be served at the end of the meal.
Afternoon Snack. Back from a day on the slopes? Warm yourself up with some comforting snacks such as marble cake, madeleines, crêpes, and waffles. Don't miss the apple tart and Bourdaloue tart, both staples of French patisserie.
Tea Time. An indulgent ritual, Cedric Grolet's tea time will offer traditional finger sandwiches alongside a selection of his signature creations, served in miniature form.
